In her role as a neutral Mediator, Attorney Miriam Krell Bourke facilitates communication between two or more people and assists them in resolving disputes in an unbiased and respectful manner.
She represents neither party, instead working with both parties to identify the issues, discuss options and reach solutions that address everyone's needs as well as any court imposed requirements. Resolving a divorce or separation by mediation and agreement allows the parties to maintain as much control and certainty as possible in the outcome.
Attorney Bourke's courtroom experience enables her to evaluate all aspects of a case, and to facilitate parenting and support arrangements and an equitable settlement of the marital estate in accordance with Massachusetts law. As an attorney, she is also qualified to draft Separation Agreements and other legal documents that can be submitted to the Court. |
